1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rest of this document clearly.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 588game, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 588game.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the 588game platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

588game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a notification within the platform. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

3Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 588game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts on 588game.
• All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You are responsible for updating your details if they change.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary ban or externally imposed exclusion from gambling services.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting as an agent for any third party. All accounts must be registered and used in your own name and on your own behalf only.

Registration constitutes a representation from you that all eligibility criteria are satisfied. 588game is entitled to rely on that representation and bears no liability for any loss arising from a false declaration of eligibility.

4Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 588game. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

588game reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other players.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 588game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 588game is Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your account instantly in all normal operating conditions. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing time. 588game charges no fees on any deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 588game seven days a week, around the clock. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash or NayaPay typically complete in under 7 minutes from the time the request is approved. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and one business hour depending on the receiving bank.

588game reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification for any transaction above Rs 50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure, not a reflection of any wrongdoing on the player's part. Verification requests will be communicated clearly and processed as quickly as possible.

6Bonuses & Promotions

588game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Welcome bonus: The 100% first deposit match (up to Rs 50,000) is available to new 588game accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, per household and per IP address. Requires a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500.
• Wagering requirement: The standard wagering requirement on all 588game bonuses is 10× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 50,000 in total wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. This requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited, otherwise the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games including roulette, baccarat and blackjack contribute 10%. Virtual sports contribute 50%. Live casino games contribute 10%. The specific contribution rate for each game is displayed in the game information panel.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a wagering requirement is outstanding on your account, the maximum single bet or spin is Rs 500. Bets exceeding this amount while a bonus is active may be voided and the bonus forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts, creating accounts specifically to claim bonuses, or following a strategy with the intention of withdrawing bonus funds without genuine play — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated funds.
• Withdrawal before wagering completion: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding, the bonus and any winnings generated by that bonus will be forfeited. Your deposited funds minus any amounts wagered will remain eligible for withdrawal.

7Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on 588game are operated using certified software from licensed providers. The rules of each individual game — including minimum and maximum bets, side bet availability, payout structures and special rules — are accessible within the game interface itself and take precedence in the event of any ambiguity.

Bets placed on 588game are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, modify or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In the rare event of a technical error that interrupts a game round, 588game will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's documented error handling procedures, which typically involve either completing the round with the information available or voiding it and returning the stake.

• The minimum bet across most casino games and sports betting markets on 588game is Rs 10 per round. Maximum bets vary by game and market — these are displayed within each game or market interface.
• Virtual sports results are generated by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) and are completely independent. 588game cannot influence, alter or reverse any virtual sports result under any circumstances.
• In live casino games, where a genuine dealing or procedure error occurs during a game round, the round will be voided in accordance with the game provider's rules and all stakes returned. This is standard procedure across all platforms using Evolution Gaming software.
• Bets placed during a known technical fault — for example, where incorrect odds have been displayed due to a data feed error — may be voided at 588game's discretion. Players will be notified of any such void and stakes returned in full.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 588game. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game where doing so would give an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Use of bots or automated software: Employing any software, script, browser extension or automated process to place bets, navigate the platform or interact with games in a way not intended for human play.
• Fraudulent payments: Depositing funds via stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods. All payment methods used on 588game must be legally registered to and owned by the account holder.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering more than one account on 588game regardless of the reason or intent. This includes accounts registered with different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods by the same individual.
• Money laundering: Using 588game for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity. 588game cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and reports suspicious activity as required by applicable regulations.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening or harassing other players or 588game staff members through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a malfunction, error or bug in any game or platform feature to generate winnings that would not occur in normal operation.

9KYC & Identity Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a standard requirement across the online gaming industry and a legal obligation for platforms operating internationally. 588game may request identity verification documents at any of the following points:

• When a cumulative withdrawal total exceeds Rs 50,000
• When unusual account activity is detected
• Before processing any withdrawal where account information appears inconsistent
• As part of a routine account review

Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used (screenshot of the registered Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, or a card statement). Documents must be current and clearly legible. 588game will process KYC submissions within 24 hours on business days.

Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed where it has been triggered. Refusing to complete KYC verification when requested will result in account suspension. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 588game reserves the right to return deposited funds to the original payment source and close the account.

10Responsible Gaming

588game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players who may be at risk of developing problem gambling behaviour. We take this obligation seriously and have built a set of tools directly into the platform to help players maintain control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 588game players at no cost through the account settings section:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, bets will not be accepted until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set duration of continuous play reminding you of how long you have been active.
• Reality checks: A periodic pop-up showing your net wins/losses for the current session at intervals you set.
• Self-exclusion: Lock your account from all gambling activity for a period of your choice — from 24 hours to permanent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 30 minutes and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

11Limitation of Liability

588game provides its platform "as is" and "as available." While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, network failures and events outside our control may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 588game will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform
• Losses arising from technical faults or interruptions to service that are outside 588game's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions
• The content or security practices of any third-party service linked to or integrated with the platform

588game's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 588game's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Changes to These Terms

588game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most recent version is shown at the top of this page.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a 588game player — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and a notification on the platform. For minor changes such as corrections, clarifications or additions that do not materially affect your position, the updated Terms will take effect immediately on publication.

Your continued use of the 588game platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the new Terms take effect.
